Here is where the trip begins, Kathmandu. 1 million persons, the largest metropolis in the Himalayan hill region is quite dusty and polluted but smily people and architecture will make you forget about it! (However, don’t forget your face mask! 😷)

Mostly hinduhist, the city leaves in perfect cohabiting with buddhist. Take a stroll around temples and stupas… It’s stunning! You still can see the devastating effect of April 2015 Nepal earthquake (Gorkha) from the Dubar Square in Kathmandu.

Meet Nepalis, there smiles, the colors of their clothes, dogs (soooo many dogs on the streets!! 🐕)

A wonderful sunset…

Finally take a late walk on the streets to enjoy lights and a city a bit less crowded.
